Unfortunately due to Customs charges and exchange rate, Khaos Bikes is Unable to Offer free shipping to the United States.
Return policy:
Items deemed to have a manufacturer defect Will be refunded or exchanged(Minus the shipping cost, which is up to you)Unless otherwise specified
Items which are unopened/unused may be returned within 15 days for a full refund.(Unless Otherwise specified)
If the item has been opened/ Used
We do not offer refunds for products which have been installed incorrectly,or damaged due to use, abuse,or mistreatment.
Exchange policy:
If you are Unhappy with the product for any reason, Even if its lightly used, We can exchange it for another one, or offer you another option(if available).If we dont have something else to offer we will consider a refund with a small restocking fee.
